Nikki Ogilvie, Principal
Nikki Ogilvie has over twenty five years experience of recruiting business leaders and building teams for the technology industry across Europe.
Nikki has advised publicly listed companies on European organizational and compensation strategy, completed wide scale management audits and has recruited management teams for both emerging and established companies. She has also led the recruitment of large-scale, cross-functional teams across multiple territories of over 100 people.
A specialist in the communications area, Nikki has worked with emerging, tier one mobile and fixed network operators through to venture backed mobile data software vendors.
Prior to founding Ogilvie, Nikki led senior HR teams within industry and the Armed Services.
